Rigid Fiddle

Based on the midevil punishment device - the "Fiddle" rigidly restrains the wrists to the neck, seperated by about 1.5 feet. A single bolt keeps the entire device closed. A padlock through a hole in the bolt locks it in place. The position thus formed is one of suplication. The "Fiddle" is made of aluminum and has a very futuristic look to it.
