Rigid Collar/Cuff

Another very effective set of rigid iron restraints. Three screw locks hold this set together, and fixing points along bar can be used to further restrict movement. This device holds the boy's hands at shoulder height. Have your boy lick your boots with this collar-and-wrist-restraint on: He will not move away until you decided that the job is done. The steel bar is 2 inches wide. It locks with three cap-screws, which the boy cannot open, even if he had a suitable wrench: The screws are out the reach of his hands.
